8th Asia Pacific Region Conference of the International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease (The Union)
This conference organized by Hong Kong Tuberculosis, Chest and Heart Disease Association was successfully held on 27th-28th May 2022. It provided an innovative virtual conference covering various lung related topics, i.e. COVID-19, tuberculosis, tobacco control, and non-communicable lung diseases under the main theme “Lung health – New challenges in COVID-19”. Representatives of our three respiratory societies, had attended the conference as local speakers and modulators to foster the development of knowledge through global research and enhance the exchange of information around the globe, especially the Asia Pacific Region.
