• The application will not be processed if the provided information is unclear, without the correct payment or without a proposer.
• Application Fee: Ordinary member: HK$200; Associate member: HK$100.
  
• Your name and address may be supplied to the Federation of Medical Societies of Hong Kong for the sole purpose of organisation of scientific functions and related activities.
• All data provided will be used solely for internal administration and will be handled in compliance with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. You have the right to access and correct the personal data we collect about you.
