This evening scientific symposium is co-organised by the Hong Kong Thoracic Society and the CHEST Delegation Hong Kong and Macau. The symposium was held on 27 September 2016 at Cordis Hotel. Professor Norbert Berend, Professor Emeritus at the University of Sydney, discussed on individualized approach in managing COPD by considering patient’s symptoms, their future risk of exacerbations and their ability to use inhalers properly as instructed. Seventy-five doctors had attended the symposium. The symposium was closed on a good note with interactive Q & As with the audience.
