The Annual Scientific Meeting 2012 was held on 25th March, 2012 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center. The program started with a Clinical Update Symposium with Obesity Hypoventilation Syndrome, Palliative Care for end stage respiratory diseases and venous thromboembolism, followed by two concurrent symposia, one on Lung Transplant and an allied health symposium on occupational-related respiratory diseases and occupational asthma. The mid-day program was an Advances in Therapeutic Symposium focused on Therapeutics for COPD. In the afternoon, there were two symposia, the first one was a General Respiratory Symposium on obstructive sleep apnea and latent tuberculosis infection, and the whole Seminar was concluded with a Private Specialist Symposium.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Please be informed that the Annual Scientific Meeting 2012 organised by Hong Kong Thoracic Society and the American College of Chest Physicians (HK and Macau Chapter) will be held on 25 March (Sun) at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, with the supports from the Hong Kong Lung Foundation. It will be a full day meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
