The first two talks were elegantly delivered by our two local experts namely Dr Chu Chung-ming on \u201cNIPPV in COPD: From Hospital to Home\u201d and Professor David Hui on \u201cUpdate on the Cardiovascular Complications and Treatment of OSAS\u201d. It was then followed by the talk from a world renowned expert from Australia, Professor Carmel Harrington.
