This year also celebrated the Year of the Lung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To promulgate the message that lung health is essential to breath and life, and to arouse the interests of public and health professionals in exercise and lung health, members of the Hong Kong Thoracic Society actively participated in the race. Amongst them, Dr Wong Ka Chun ran the \u00bd Marathon race and Dr. Ng Chun Kong participated in the 10Km Marathon run. They also met participants from the pharmaceutical sector in the meaningful event, where they had all successfully completed the race with satisfactory results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through the participation of the Marathon race, respiratory physicians wish to demonstrate the importance of lung health through regular exercise despite our busy daily work.
