Apnea\uff0c\u7c21\u7a31OSA)\u6709\u95dc\u3002\u963b\u585e\u6027\u7761\u7720\u7a92\u606f\u75c7\u662f\u6307\u5728\u7761\u7720\u6642\uff0c\u9593\u6b47\u5730\u505c\u6b62\u547c\u5438\uff0c\u4e3b\u56e0\u662f\u54bd\u5589\u6709\u904e\u591a\u7684\u8edf\u7d44\u7e54\u53c8\u6216\u662f\u820c\u982d\u816b\u5927\uff0c\u963b\u585e\u6c23\u9053\u3001\u6216\u662f\u9838\u90e8\u808c\u8089\u9b06\u5f1b\u5f15\u81f4\u54bd\u7246\u5bb9\u6613\u5012\u584c\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u9020\u6210\u7a92\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OSA\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u75c5\u7665\u662f\u6253\u9f3b\u9f3e\u3001\u591c\u9593\u56e0\u7a92\u606f\u800c\u88ab\u559a\u9192\u3001\u665a\u9593\u5c3f\u983b\u3001\u767d\u5929\u55dc\u7761\u3001\u6668\u8d77\u982d\u75db\u548c\u65e5\u9593\u75b2\u5026\u7b49\u3002\u5728\u7761\u7720\u4e2d\uff0cOSA\u60a3\u8005\u6bcf\u5c0f\u6642\u53ef\u4ee5\u7a92\u606f\u4e94\u81f3\u4e00\u767e\u6b21\u4ee5\u4e0a\u4e0d\u7b49\u3002\u6bcf\u4e00\u6b21\u6c23\u9053\u53d7\u963b\u585e\u90fd\u6703\u5f9e\u6df1\u5ea6\u7761\u7720\u4e2d\u9192\u4f86\uff0c\u76f4\u5230\u547c\u5438\u9053\u91cd\u958b\u70ba\u6b62\uff0c\u7d50\u679c\u4ee4\u7761\u7720\u8cea\u7d20\u53d7\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u4ed6\u5011\u5728\u65e5\u9593\u611f\u5230\u75b2\u5026\u3001\u7121\u7cbe\u6253\u5f69\u3001\u5bb9\u6613\u6253\u778c\u7761\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5f71\u97ff\u5de5\u4f5c\u6548\u7387\u53ca\u5b89\u5168<br>\u73fe\u6642\u672c\u6e2f\u5206\u5225\u6709\u767e\u5206\u4e4b\u56db\u548c\u767e\u5206\u4e4b\u4e8c\u7684\u4e2d\u5e74\u7537\u6027\u548c\u5973\u6027\u53d7OSA\u56f0\u64fe\uff0c\u7576\u4e2d\u66f4\u4ee5\u8eab\u6750\u80a5\u80d6\u548c\u5e74\u7d00\u8f03\u5927\u4e4b\u4eba\u58eb\u70ba\u591a\u3002\u4e0d\u5c11\u60a3\u8005\u8aa4\u4ee5\u70ba\uff0c\u5728\u65e5\u9593\u5c0f\u7761\u7247\u523b\u4fbf\u80fd\u89e3\u6c7a\u75b2\u5026\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u6bcb\u9808\u6c42\u91ab\uff0c\u537b\u6c92\u6709\u7559\u610f\u9019\u75be\u75c5\u5df2\u4ee4\u8a18\u61b6\u529b\u548c\u96c6\u4e2d\u529b\u4e0b\u964d\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5f71\u97ff\u5de5\u4f5c\u6548\u7387\u3002\u5c0d\u8077\u696d\u53f8\u6a5f\u6216\u64cd\u4f5c\u91cd\u578b\u6a5f\u5668\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0cOSA\u6240\u9020\u6210\u7684\u7cbe\u795e\u840e\u9761\u66f4\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u56b4\u91cd\u5f71\u97ff\u5de5\u4f5c\u5b89\u5168\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u53ef\u589e\u5fc3\u81df\u75c5\u98a8\u96aa<br>OSA\u9664\u4e86\u5f71\u97ff\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u7761\u7720\u8cea\u7d20\uff0c\u4e26\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u5f15\u81f4\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u4f75\u767c\u75c7\uff0c\u5c0d\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u9577\u671f\u5065\u5eb7\u9020\u6210\u6df1\u9060\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u9999\u6e2f\u6709\u7814\u7a76\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u8840\u58d3\u3001\u8840\u7cd6\u3001\u8840\u8102\u53ca\u9ad4\u91cd\u7686\u6bd4\u5065\u5eb7\u4eba\u58eb\u70ba\u66f4\u9ad8\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u60a3\u4e0a\u4ee3\u8b1d\u7d9c\u5408\u75c7(Metabolic Syndrome\uff0c\u5373\u662f\u9ad8\u8840\u58d3\u3001\u9ad8\u8840\u7cd6\u3001\u9ad8\u8840\u8102\u53ca\u80a5\u80d6) \u7684\u6a5f\u6703\u6bd4\u4e00\u822c\u4eba\u9ad8\u51fa\u4e94\u500d\u4e4b\u591a\uff1b\u7f8e\u570b\u570b\u5bb6\u9ad8\u8840\u58d3\u784f\u7a76\u5c0f\u7d44\u66f4\u65bc2004\u5e74\uff0c\u5c07OSA\u5217\u70ba\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u9805\u5c0e\u81f4\u9ad8\u8840\u58d3\u7684\u6210\u56e0\u3002\u7531\u6b64\u53ef\u898b\uff0cOSA\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u589e\u52a0\u60a3\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u75c5\u3001\u4e2d\u98a8\u6216\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u56b4\u91cd\u5f71\u97ff\u5065\u5eb7\u3002\u5e02\u6c11\u9700\u8981\u591a\u7559\u610f\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u8eab\u9ad4\u53ca\u5de5\u4f5c\u72c0\u6cc1\uff0c\u52a0\u6df1\u4e86\u89e3OSA\u9577\u9060\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u660e\u767d\u8a3a\u65b7\u53ca\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u6574\u9ad4\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u6210\u6548\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u53ca\u65e9\u8a3a\u65b7\u53ca\u6cbb\u7642\u6700\u70ba\u91cd\u8981<br>\u82e5\u5e02\u6c11\u767c\u73fe\u81ea\u5df1\u6709OSA\u7684\u75c5\u5fb5\uff0c\u6216\u7761\u7720\u8cea\u7d20\u672a\u5982\u7406\u60f3\u6642\uff0c\u61c9\u53ca\u65e9\u6c42\u91ab\u4e26\u63a5\u53d7\u91ab\u9662\u5167\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u7761\u7720\u6e2c\u8a66\uff0c\u4ee5\u78ba\u5be6\u81ea\u5df1\u662f\u5426\u60a3\u6709OSA\u3002\u518d\u8005\uff0c\u80a5\u80d6\u662f\u6b64\u75c5\u6700\u5927\u7684\u6210\u56e0\uff0c\u6e1b\u80a5\u4e43\u662f\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4e00\u74b0\u3002\u826f\u597d\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u548c\u7761\u7720\u7fd2\u6163\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u6539\u5584\u7761\u7720\u7a92\u606f\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u6e1b\u4f4e\u6162\u6027\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6b63\u6c23\u58d3\u7761\u7720\u547c\u5438\u6a5f(CPAP)\u70ba\u6a19\u6e96\u6cbb\u7642<br>\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u570b\u969b\u6b0a\u5a01\u91ab\u5b78\u7d44\u7e54\u7f8e\u570b\u7761\u7720\u91ab\u5b78\u6703(American Academy of Sleep Medicine)\u5728\u4e8cOO\u516d\u5e74\u7684\u5831\u544a\u4e2d\uff0c\u5efa\u8b70\u4e2d\u5ea6\u81f3\u56b4\u91cd\u7684OSA\u60a3\u8005\u61c9\u4f7f\u7528\u6b63\u6c23\u58d3\u7761\u7720\u547c\u5438\u6a5f(Continuous Positive Airway Pressure,
