The HKTS &amp; CHEST Delegation Hong Kong and Macau Limited conjoint website claims copyright to the materials published on this website.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>About the Website: Developmental milestones (in reverse chronological order):<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\" open><summary>2025-2026<\/summary>\n<p>To enhance the member experience on our joint website, both societies launched a comprehensive revamp in 2025. Key new features include dedicated historical archive, a new public education portal for disease-specific information, updated and enhanced graphics, and an automated web-based system for membership applications and renewals.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>2020<\/summary>\n<p>The website\u00a0management migrate from Sosomedia\u00a0to the Federation of Medical Societies of Hong Kong Secretariat (our new designated website\u00a0host) with\u00a0new web domain: hkts.hk. After the migration, the website will have improved security against hackers. Secretarial work, printed material and postage fee were thus greatly reduced.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>2010<\/summary>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>March: Old issues of Newsletters archived on the website<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>May: Members of the Information Technology Subcommittee begin to convert materials from all issues of the Newsletter (since 1991) into electronic format and to upload them to the website in an easily searchable format.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/details>\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>2009<\/summary>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dec: Overall structure of the website is mature. Old issues since 2005 are uploaded for display. Videos and photos display are feasbile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>July: Server ready for uploading of materials.
